This is the state where Fargo supposedly takes place. No, Fargo is not in Minnesota and no, there never was serial killer roaming the streets. However, when it's not flooded, Fargo is a charming town. However, there's not much else waiting for you in North Dakota except for a few party schools, animals and windchill.
