Wander by The Rocks and Opera House, cruise the glittering harbour and stretch those legs on a clifftop stroll to iconic Bondi Beach.Days 3-4 Hunter Valley
Sample the world-famous Hunter Valley wines and cheeses on a cycling tour through the region's vineyards.Day 5 Myall Lakes
Chill-out in a relaxed setting of lakes, lush rainforest and rocky headlands.Days 6-7 New England Farmstay
Shear a sheep and catch a yabby on a rustic farmstay.Day 8 Northern NSW Hinterland
Travel along Waterfall Way past national parks, rugged gorges and cascading waterfalls.Days 9-10 Byron Bay
