Days 1-2 Bangkok
Get acquainted with Bangkok's streets on a walking tour that takes in its many colourful markets, tranquil temples and great hawker-style food. For a break from the tuk-tuks and traffic, take a longtail boat through the khlongs.Day 3 Chiang Mai
Sharpen bargaining skills at Chiang Mai's night bazaar, cycle into the countryside or climb the dragon staircase to the Doi Suthep temple.Days 4-6 Hilltribe Trek
Hike into the northern hills for a unique glimpse of rural Thailand and meet smiling locals on the way. At night, experience a slice of hilltribe life, staying in a village hut.Day 7 Chiang Mai
Pick up last-minute mementos, indulge in a massage or continue to temple-hop before boarding the train bound for Bangkok.Days 8-9 Bangkok
Back in the fast-paced capital, there are plenty more palaces and temples to explore.Days 10-11 Khao Sok National Park
Go wild in the thick jungles of Khao Sok where you can roam beneath the shady canopy, take a dip under icy waterfalls or trek one of the jungle paths.Days 12-13 Ko Samui
Kick back on the white sands, laze beneath palm trees, swim the warm waters or sip a Singha beer while watching the sunset from one of the world's favourite island getaways.Days 14-17 Ko Tao
