Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Kampala, Uganda

Depart early from Kampala and journey through mountains and tropical bamboo and rainforest to Kisoro.

Day 2 Gorilla Trek

Your trek starts early in the morning. Led by experienced trackers, we make our way into the forest on the slope of massive volcanoes in search of mountain gorillas. One of Africa's major highlights, a close encounter with these amazing animals is not soon forgotten.

Day 3 Depart Kampala

After breakfast head back to Kampala and the tour ends on arrival.

As such, there may or may not be other passengers booked on the exact same day as you. In addition, the gorilla trek is not a G.A.P Adventures. Adventures dedicated departure, so please expected to be pooled with other passengers who have not booked through G.A.P Adventures.2. Please note that the deposit for this tour is USD $500 (GBP300)due to the need to purchase non-refundable gorilla permit at time of booking. Exact deposit amount subject to change, pending any locally imposed changes in gorilla permit cost. 3. Please note this itinerary may be slightly modified, depending on the movement of the gorillas and the availability of the gorilla permits.
