Itinerary
Day 1-3 Quito/Papallacta
Enjoy a lovely private drive from Quito to the Papallacta Hot Spring Resort. Termas de Papallacta SPA, Resort and Convention Center is located 40 miles east of Quito, the capital city of Ecuador in the heart of South America. Perched on a high Andean valley at the entrance route to the Ecuadorian Amazon jungle, the spa resort offers its visitors health, recreation, adventure and rest. Whether relaxing in the thermal baths, indulging in optional activities such as pampering spa treatments, or embarking on adventure walks at the Rancho del Cann (Canyon Ranch) or Cayambe-Coca Ecological Reserve, you are sure to enjoy the Papallacta experience. Return transfer back to Quito on day 3.The hotel has 32 rooms, each with heating and a private bathroom. The rooms are situated next to the thermal pools for exclusive use of our guests. The thermal baths are located on the banks of the Papallacta river in a unique natural environment accommodating nine hot thermal pools and three cold water pools. The resort restaurant offers a diverse menu and caters to all tastes. You can also purchase snacks and drinks at the kiosk. The hydrothermal value of Termas de Papallacta's Hot Springs is thanks to Papallacta's location between two volcanoes, Volcano Cayambe and Volcano Antisana. The source temperature of the thermal baths varies between 30C and 70C (86F and 158F).
