Day 1-2, New York & Washington DC
Departing from New York City, travel to the Nation's Capital, Washington DC, for a perfect introduction to the cultural and political history of the United States. Our illuminated tour of the spectacular monuments offers a great overview to the highlights of this area. Next, venture through the Appalachian Mountains to the center of American country music in Nashville, Tennessee. Learn to country dance, walk the riverfront or shop at the many stores downtown. A short distance away Elvis' home town, Memphis. Then to New Orleans with all it's charm and character.
