Hampi is a beautiful ancient temple town settled on the banks of the Tungabhadra River. This is the perfect place to relax and explore the ruins of the World Heritage site of the 14th century Vijaynagar Dynasty. Hire a bike, go for walks, swim in the river, or just chill out in the riverside cafes.Day 5-7 Goa Carnival
Goa Carnival is a traditional Mardi Gras celebration, introduced by the Portuguese. For three days and nights, the legendary King Momo takes over the state and the streets come alive with colour. Although essentially a Christian festival that marks the last chance for feasting and merriment before Lent, the event in Goa blends trends and beliefs from all faiths and cultures creating a wonderful feeling of community.
