Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu at any time.Day 2 Baglung
A long, but interesting drive along the Trisuli River with a brief stop in Pokhara. Arrive in Baglung in the late afternoon with time to explore this typical, bustling Nepali township.Day 3-19 Dhaulaghiri Trek
A tough yet spectacular trek surrounded by the colossal peaks of Dhaulaghiri. Hike an average of 7 hours a day through lowland paddies and forests of acacia, past the Italian Base Camp and into the breath-taking heart of the Himalayas. Tackle the French Pass (5,240m) the highest point of the journey on Day 13, and then descend using ancient trade routes through captivating villages.Day 20 Pokhara
The enchanting city has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks - creating the ambience that has made it such a popular place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature.Day 21 Kathmandu
Return to the busy streets of the Nepali capital. Step through the looking glass into a world of markets, bazaars and narrow streets home to hindu holy men, sacred cows, bicycles and street sellers.Day 22 Depart Kathmandu
