Cuba Hiking Adventure takes you through La Sierra de los Organos, over to the tobacco fields of the spectacular Viñales Valley. Don't worry, there will be plenty of time to relax on Cuba's legendary beaches & islands, taking in the sights or snorkelling in the crystal clear water.

Itinerary
Day 1 Arrive Havana
Arrive in Havana at any time.Day 2 Havana (B)
Explore both the Old and Modern Havana, Cuba's capital city, including a visit to a Cigar Factory. Enjoy the scenic journey to nearby Viñales as we travel past tobacco farms and the lush valley with its unique pincushion limestone hills.Day 3 Mil Cumbres (B,L,D)
Head to Mil Cumbres for our first hike through endemic cork palm trees. Visit the local community San Juan de Sagua and cool off with a swim in the river.Day 4 El Caimito/Mil Cumbres (B,L,D)
Our hike takes us to the rangers' station at the bottom of a mountain known as El Caimito. Enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch before continuing our hike across the river, through this once-volcanic region. Return to camp in the afternoon.Day 5 Viñales Valley (B,L)
Walk the Viñales Valley, visit the tobacco fields and explore the Santo Tomás cave, second largest in the world.Day 6 Cayo Jutias (B)
Travel to Cayo Jutias where we enjoy the beautiful beach with the option to swim or snorkel in the nearby coral reef.Day 7 Santa Clara (B,D)
Venture to Santa Clara city where we will visit the Che Guevara Memorial. Take an optional visit to a cigar factory, Church of San Juan Bautista or relax by the lake near Sierra del Escambray.Day 8 Santa Clara (B,L,D)
Enjoy an included boat tour and leisurely walk along the river shore until we reach El Rocio waterfalls, and cool off from the hot Cuban sun.Day 9 La Batata (B,L,D)
Hike to La Batata cave, which stretches 70 metres long. Swim in the cool river that flows through this open cave. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at a Hacienda with an included visit to the Orchidiary.Day 10 Vega Grande (B,L,D)
Descend down a narrow path through the jungle which leads to the Vega Grand waterfall. Set off trekking through the evergreen forests to the Caburni waterfall.Day 11 Island of the Iguanas (B,L,D)
Island of the Iguanas is a little lost island off the coast of Cuba. Weather-permitting we will take a boat across for a relaxing lunch on the beach, with plenty of time for swimming and snorkelling.Day 12-13 Trinidad (2B)
Journey to Trinidad and spend time exploring the unique architecture of this beautiful colonial city. Learn about the historic importance of this UNESCO World Heritage Site with an included city tour. Be sure to check out the Casa de la Musica at night for some dancing under the stars.Day 14 Havana (B)
After breakfast travel back to Havana to find those last minute Cuban treasures to take home, and enjoy one last night on the town.Trip Information
