Itinerary

Day 1 Bahia de Todos os Santos, Salvador

Arrive in Salvador - board at 12 o'clock noon.

Day 2 Sailing

Set sail for our first destination Porto Seguro. Onboard duties will be set out for everyone who wishes to help out.

Day 3 Porto Seguro/Praia de Cabrália

Porto Seguro is where the history of Brazil started. The first spot of Brazilian mainland to be seen by the Portuguese was Santa Cruz de Cabrália, named after Pedro Álvares Cabral, the captain of the fleet which discovered Brazil. The landscape hasn't changed much since Cabral's fleet landed.

Day 4 Sailing

Raise anchor and set sail for Abrolhos Marine National Park.

Day 5 Abrolhos Marine National Park

The Abrolhos Archipelago is a Marine National Park located 45 miles off the mid-eastern coast of Brazil. The archipelago of five volcanic islands harbors the greatest chains of coral reefs in the South Atlantic spreading across more than 9 million square yards. From June to October, this area is home to humpback whales.

Day 6 Guarapari/Vitória

Vitória borders on the north with Serra, on the south with Vila Velha, on the east with the Atlantic Ocean and on the west with Cariacica. It is part of a highly urbanized complex known as Região Metropolitana Grande Vitória (The Metropolitan Region of Greater Vitória), formed by the boroughs of Serra, Fundão, Vila Velha, Guarapari, Cariacica and Viana.

Day 7 Sailing

Under full sail this boat is delightful. You'll have ample opportunity to discover your sailing potential.

Day 8 Búzios

Time to explore the Pirate Capital of Brazil, Búzios. A circular peninsula renowned for its magnificent beaches and exciting nightlife. Spend the day and night getting back your land legs and doing it in the greatest of styles! There is plenty of time to take in the nightlife of Búzios.

Day 9 Rio de Janeiro

Sailing back to your final destination, enjoy have a scenic 12 hour sail along the Brazilian coast with unbeatable views of Rio's famous horizon, virgin rainforest and long, lonely beaches.
