Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Baia de Todos os Santos, Salvador

Arrive in Salvador - board at 12 o'clock noon.

Day 2 Camamú

The sunrise in the tropics is a great time to appreciate the enchanting Bahia do Brazil. Explore the deserted beaches of Goió Island, where the sand is white and soft. Don't miss a short hike to Tremembé waterfall where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the Maraú river.

Day 3 Marau River

Today´s journey will take us on a sail down the Maraú River to Porto do Jobel and on to Cajaíba Island. With a backdrop of wide open beaches and protected coves the Brazilian artisan wood crafting heritage of the area has produced some of Brazil’s best naval carpenters.

Day 4 Cairu

On the island of Cairu, just off the coast of Valença, is one of the earliest towns established in Brazil. Cairu is now an almost completely abandoned town, however it has many preserved colonial buildings, notably the church of Nossa Senhora do Rosário (1661). From this magnificently tranquil place you have a chance to see a spectacular sunset.

Day 5 Baía de Todos os Santos

In the early morning set sail for Baía de Todos os Santos. Experience the natural beauty of Bahia from the water, where we will pass countless little bays and inlets with possibilities around every corner. Our time here is spent swimming, snorkelling or simply relaxing in hammocks, enjoying the ocean breeze.

Day 6 Maragogipe

Let the Paraguaçu river be the first site you wake up to before having the chance to jump into an amazing waterfall and to visit the ruins of the “Convento de Santo Antônio do Parauguaçu” from the 17th century, an important part of the history of this region. This evening, enjoy the tropical nights of Bahia in the village of Maragogipe.
