Vietnam (MAD) Project - 28 days

Itinerary

Day 1 Hanoi/Rural Project

Meet your fellow volunteers and your leader for the first time among the markets and temples of vibrant Hanoi. Then jump abord a local style bus and head to the Moc Chau district and your new rural home.

Day 2 Village

Spend the day exploring the village and getting to know your host family. Check out the building site, visit the school and get ready for the adventure ahead!

Days 3-13 Teaching and Building

Enjoy the daily routine of building and teaching as you get to know the village, the locals and your fellow team members. Take time out to visit nearby sights perhaps discovering waterfalls or hidden temples.

Days 14-27 Cultural Development

You'll have plenty of opportunity for activities outside of building and teaching. Start side projects with the community like teaching English, helping to weed, painting a mural or showing the local kids the finer points of football. There's also plenty of time to learn more about the hilltribes and their way of life.

Day 28 Hanoi

It's time to return to the busy streets of Hanoi. Bid farewell to your new local friends and celebrate your project work with your fellow volunteers before returning.
