Colours of Vietnam

Trip Image Colours of Vietnam is a tour which takes you to the northern mountainous region of Vietnam, amongst the hill tribe villages and indigenous people. The region is home to many different hill tribes including the Tay, Black H?Mong, Flower H?Mong, Black Dao, Dzay, Ha Nhi and Nung. Each minority group has its own traditional dress and colours, and the vibrant and colourful markets are a chance not only for the people to sell their produce and wares, but also to meet and share experiences. We visit the markets of Can Cau, Bac Ha and Coc Ly, as well as exploring the hill station of Sapa. We trek for a day through stunning scenery, with mountain valleys dotted with terraced paddy fields, forests and isolated villages, and overnight in a traditional homestay, discovering the life of the local tribes. Our Vietnam tour begins and ends in the beautiful French colonial city of Hanoi, with its lakes and boulevards, and fascinating Old Quarter.
