Fully refundable if cancellation due to weather or Aoraki Balloon Safaris. A fee of 10% may apply if cancelled by customer within 48 hours prior to flight. Transferable. Reward Points offered on “Air NZ Holiday Rewards” cards and “NZ Seven Wonders” Attractions Group “Wondercards” accepted.


(2) Thrifty Fares: Stand-by to Standard Retail Fare. Priority booking over Super Thrifty Fare. Direct sales must be paid in full at least 7 days in advance of flight date, or paid and vouchered through a Sales Agency prior to day of flight. Fully refundable if cancellation due to weather, otherwise at the discretion of Aoraki Balloon Safaris. A fee of up to 15% may apply if cancelled by customer within 48 hours prior to flight. Transferable. Can be upgraded to a Standard Retail Fare. NO Special Offers or Reward Points apply.


(3) Super Thrifty Fares: A STAND-BY FARE paid direct, in full, at least 21 days in advance of flight date, unless brought in on a stand-by basis inside the 21 days. NON-REFUNDABLE. Non-Transferable (excepting Gift Voucher sales). Can be upgraded to Standard Retail or Thrifty Fares which have flight priority for all bookings (even if a S/Thrifty booking date has already been made).
