Megan’s winning entry for “Craziest Intern Shirt Award”. |

My short existence started in a much too small town outside Santa Cruz, California that I was more than willing to leave. Since my timely departure my path has lead me to studying advertising and multimedia design at the University of Oregon.
I feel that fate has worked surprisingly well for my life and is the reason I am in Oregon right now. Since moving here I have discovered the saying “you don’t tan in Oregon, you rust” to be an accurate truth. Luckily I don’t mind the dreary winter and much too short summers, but rather focus on the unbelievable experience I have had with friends, family, roommates and of course school.

Any opportunity I get I am trying to travel, thinking about traveling or planning amazing trips that I realize I have no money for. Fortunately I have scored an awesome internship with Bootsnall.com and will one day go on to be a wildly successful travel writer and attribute it all to this internship.
