The Harbour Towers Hotel & Suites – Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

The Harbour Towers Hotel & Suites

The Harbour Towers Hotel & Suites
The Harbour Towers Hotel has been around for quite some time, but it’s just undergone a complete makeover with totally refurbished rooms and lobby area. Colors are soft teals, purples and burgundy.

It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the Inner Harbour with its attractions and ports of entry. The upper floors of this 12-story hotel have views of Victoria’s inner harbour on one side and of the Olympic Mountains on the other.

All the rooms have coffee makers, hair dryers, mini bars and the other usual amenities. A real plus here is the large number of suites which provide money saving options. Both the one and two bedroom units have full living rooms, pull-out sofa beds, dining areas and full kitchens. The opportunity is there to share with others or provide space for a family. With the fully stocked kitchens, you can eat in and save a bundle on meals. Even a standard room is quite spacious. Desks and computer modems are provided. Bathrooms are well lit and well stocked with amenities.

If you’re here on a honeymoon or for special occasion, splurge on a two level penthouse suite with full kitchen, fireplace and Jacuzzi. The views and the suite itself are spectacular.

There’s a good size (for a hotel) pool, a sauna and a whirlpool, but the exercise equipment is minimal. Never mind, there are lots of opportunities for beautiful walks in Victoria.

Impressions Cafe (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is located in the lobby area next to the Lobby Lounge. Both serve standard hotel fare at reasonable prices.

There’s a day spa located in a two level penthouse suite with magnificent views over the Olympic Mountains. Massages, body wraps and polishes, facials, and a hair salon are available separately or as packages.

All in all, you can’t go wrong staying at the Harbour Towers Hotel. It provides all that a well appointed and well run hotel should, along with almost all the comforts of home.
