Tips for Visiting
When to go: July and August are the busiest months and are best avoided due to staggeringly high prices and numbers of tourists. Shoulder seasons are still enjoyable, although you should bring a rain coat any time of the year.
How to get around?: Aberdeen is tiny so walking is best, but there are local buses for longer distances.
Good to know: Aberdeen is now known as the Oil Capital of Europe
Cheapest airport to fly into: There are plenty of cheap flights flying to Aberdeen-Dyce Airport and it would be best to take benefit it as you go to Aberdeen.
