Houston Yogi – Houston, Texas, USA

Houston Yogi
Houston, Texas, USA

If you’re staying near the Galleria Mall, yoga practitioners might enjoy kicking off the day with one of Houston’s most talented yoga instructors, Rie Coneglio, who leads a cozy group of students on the second floor of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, located off the intersection of Woodway and Sage. (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m., but I suggest you check to confirm this is current).

Rie, a brilliant master of the yoga trade, creates a casual atmosphere in her class, while ’striking a pose’ in a most effortless fashion. Whether you choose to challenge yourself a lot or a little, you’re bound to win a smile of approval from Instructor Rie and fellow students.

Good downward doggie!

Price: $12 per class
Where: St. Martin’s Church
Contact: Rie: 713-862-1865
