Places to Stay – Seoul, Korea
I’ve never stayed in any of these places mentioned, so I have no sagely advice for you on them. But all of these links are stuff you’d find yourself when surfing the web, so here they are, laid out in front of you, at your convenience and at half your time.
Places to Stay for… The Pennywise
Traveler’s A Hostel
http://www.travelersa.com/
Hostel info from same site above:
http://my.dreamwiz.com/pricky/travelersa/html/rate.htm
Also includes map on home page; the text is pretty small on that web page, so look around carefully to find what you need.
Sites with lists and lists of hostels galore at your disposal:
http://user.chollian.net/~hongpage/
This site includes homestays and budget inns along with hostels.
Accommodation in Korea
http://nclicktour.com/eng/accomodation/accomodation.html
If you get the message, “there was an error displaying this link” blah, blah, try to keep clicking on it or manually type out the address, cuz it’s worth checking out. (If you’re using IE, you might get cued to download Korean Language Support – go ahead and do it.) Don’t forget to check the vertical menu bar to the left of the web site that gives you other useful goodies to know.
Korean Information Service
http://www.korea.net/koreanet/Directory/List.asp?Category_id=e003
For some reason, this site also gives the same error message, but if you copy and paste it into the address bar, it takes you there fine… funny. But this site is also worth looking at; besides Seoul, it gives info on other hostels you could stay at.
