Nice to know that one doesn&#039;t have to hike to the top of every mountain to get a great view. I can&#039;t think of many mountains here in the UK where you can get to the top using transport. There is the famous Snowdon in Wales, the 2nd highest mountain in the UK, which has a train all the way to the top. I have hiked up several times and also taken the train with less able people.

Looks like you can get some great views in the US and see for a greater distance than over here. I haven&#039;t been to the US before but hope to one day and will put these peaks on my &quot;to-consider&quot; list.
