I wouldn&#039;t have come up with nearly as many.
But I&#039;d also like to add: Aviso, Potugal. I just visited last month and there&#039;s a grand canal and giant boats shaped incerdibly like gondolas, just much, much bigger. 
I watch Potugal/Sweeden match in Avieso with the most sedate crowd of Portugese ever! </description>

I find it sad that instead of selling themselves on their own identity so many cities are cashing in on the Venice brand-name. I suppose lazy travel-journalism is also to blame, guidebook writers take note.</description>
