The Orthodox churches and monasteries are (mysteriously) cooler than the other buildings indeed!!! especially the older ones… but keep in mind, ladies with uncovered shoulders or shorts are not allowed to enter in some of them, so you can always use the beach pareo or towel to create a nice long dress for the occasion!!! it’s a pitty to miss them after all…

While I found the article very helpful I would just like to point out that the Athens menu is not from Greece, it is of a sign in Epcot during their Food and Wine Festival, just entertained me.
