Happy 2011! It’s time for our annual list of the top 10 places we think indie travelers should consider visiting in the coming year. Top of my list: Curacao, Nicaragua, Albania, and Portugal (my plan of attack is to look for a travel deal to Spain first, and then snag a cheap Ryanair flight from Madrid or Barcelona to Portugal).
