This Week on BootsnAll: Train Travel

Too often, it seems travel becomes a race to see and do as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. We count countries, add up passport stamps, and by the time it’s all over, we’re exhausted and come home with little more than a few hastily taken photos of famous landmarks and a few less items left on our bucket lists.
But we think travel should be less about where you’re going next and more about where you are know, less concerned with how quickly you got there than with what you learned along the way. So this week, we’re celebrating the joy of train travel.
First up, we’ll showcase some of the most scenic train rides in the world, from Norway to Peru, Australia to Tibet. Then we’ll tell you what you need to know to make your first (or next) train trip in Europe go smoothly. On Wednesday, Adam Seper will inspire you with some epic and amazing classic journeys you can add to your trip. And we’ll wrap up the week with a complete guide to train travel in India.
