Clear Lake Sp Campground
Season for Peak Fees: 05/15 to 09/15Clear Lake State Park is on the shores of California's second largestfreshwater lake. The area is popular for all kinds of water recreation,including swimming, fishing, boating and water-skiing. Anglers can catchlarge mouth bass, crappie, bluegill and channel catfish. The park is thenesting place for waterfowl. Hikers enjoy the Indian Nature Trail, aself-guided trail that shows how the Pomo people lived in the area forcenturies, utilized the area's resources. The trail passes through thesite of what was once a Pomo village. The park visitor center featuresdisplays about the area's natural and cultural history.
