Saddleback Butte Sp Campground
Saddleback Butte State Park was originally established in the MojaveDesert in 1960 to preserve its Joshua tree woodland. To the east of theforest rises 3,651-foot Saddleback Butte. A key attraction is the self-guided Joshu Trail. Wildlife includes Antelope Ground Squirrels and smallbirds known as red-shafted flickers.
