From Denver: Take I-70 east to Burlington, then 23 miles north on U.S. 385. Turn east on County Road 2 (3 1/2 miles to entrance) or 3 (1 1/2 miles to entrance). OR Take I-70 east to Byers, then east on U.S. 36 (approximately 108 miles) to Idalia. Continue east two miles on U.S. 36, then turn south on U.S. 385 for 6 or 7 miles to County Road 2 or 3. The gate entrance on County Road 2 is 3 1/2 miles from highway and County Road 3 is 1 1/2 miles from highway.
