Take Interstate 81 to exit 46. Then Route 12F 6 miles to Route 180. Turn right. Follow signs to Route 12E. Turn left on to Route 12E, go 13 miles to just past Three Mile Bay. Turn left on Route 57 to State Park Road. Turn left on State Park Road. It is about 3 miles to the park.
