Woodland Valley Campground

Woodland Valley is nestled in at the end of a valley. Hiking trails abound leading to Wittenberg, Slide and Cornell Mountains. Slide Mountain is the tallest peak in the Catskills. Sites at the park are mostly wooded with some campsites located along a small stream.

Take New York State Thruway (Interstate 87) to Kingston exit 19. Take route 28 west to the Village of Phoenica (about 26 miles). Turn right into village. Just before bridge and railroad tracks, turn left onto Woodland Valley Road/High Street. Park entrance is about 6 miles away on the left hand side.
