Rogers Rock Campground
The campground is located on the west shore in the northern part of Lake George, which is 32 miles long. Campers enjoy swimming, bicycling, fishing, boating, and hiking (on state marked trails only) at this recreation facility. Lake George covers an area of approximately 28,200 acres with a maximum depth of 190 feet. The lake is 3 miles across at the widest point. It is located just 6 miles south of Ticonderoga which has many historical sites of interest and educational opportunities. There are two areas known as Association Area and Ballfield which are very popular group camping areas for families and friends. Each allows between 35 and 60 campers. Group camping reservations are only accepted on a prepaid first come, first served basis. Arrangements can be made at the Department of Environmental Conservation Warrensburg office. There is a limit of 14 days camping in these areas.

From Interstate 87 exit 25 take route 8 to Hague, turn left (north) onto Route 9N. Campground is 3 miles on right-hand side. From Interstate 87 exit 24 take County Route 11 to Route 9N, turn left (north) to Route 9N to Village of Hague. Campground is on the Right 3 miles north of Hague. From Lake George Village take Route 9N north to Hague, continue for 3 miles. Campground is on the right.
