From Interstate 87 North take exit 30 and follow route 9 to route 73 north. Lake Placid, take route 86 north through Saranac Lake. Turn on to route 186 west and follow to route 30 south. Go 9 miles to Fish Creek/Rollins Pond campgrounds. From Interstate 87 South take exit 38 to route 374. Go west on route 3 to Saranac Lake. From Interstate 81 take exit 48 and follow route 342 east, then route 3 east. Turn on to route 30 north. It is about 12 miles to the park.
