Sacandaga Campground
The campground is located in the southern portion of the Adirondack Park on the Sacandaga River. Situated in a stand of white pine and northern hardwoods on the Sacandaga River, this serene campground offers the camper a wide selection of fishing and hiking on nearby state lands. The area is basically flat at an elevation of 925 feet above sea level. The east and west branches of the Sacanadga River meet at this point, contributing to the splendid scenery. The campground offers a Junior Naturalist Program, a nature based program that encourages children to explore the surrounding environment.Services
