Prineville Reservoir Campground
Prineville Reservoir State Park is located on one of sunny Central Oregon's favorite lakes.Campground quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
The park features year round camping, fishing, water recreation, cabin rentals, and other recreational opportunities.
Activities include swimming, boating, hiking, wildlife viewing and spectacular scenery.
For anglers, Prineville Reservoir offers a variety of species, including rainbow trout, small and large mouth bass, crappie, and catfish. Crayfish are also plentiful in the lake. Prineville Reservoir is open year round even during extreme winter conditions.
Prineville Reservoir offers excellent day use facilities, including a sandy volleyball court, swimming/sunbathing area, ADA picnic pad and a boat launch. Two ADA campsites and an accessible restroom/shower facility are also available at Prineville Reservoir. Jasper Point State Park, 3 miles from the main park to the East, is also equipped with two ADA campsites and an accessible restroom/shower facility. All of the campsites offer electric and water. Jasper Point has a boat launch.
Prineville Reservoir and Jasper Point offer overnight vehicle parking for a fee for boaters wishing to camp along the banks of the reservoir at one of the many undeveloped sites. ADA sites can be sold to non-disabled walk-in campers after 7 pm for one night only and must be vacated by 1 pm the following day.

From Portland: (approximately 3 1/2 hours) Take Highway 26 east, over Mt. Hood, to Madras. Continue on Hwy 26 to Prineville. At east end of Prineville, turn right on Combs Flat Road. After aprox. 1 mile, turn right on Juniper Canyon Road. Proceed 15 miles to park entrance which is SE Parkland Drive.
From Salem: (approximately 3 1/2 hours) Take Highway 22 over Santiam Pass, to Sisters, then take Hwy 126 to Redmond. Continue on Hwy 126 to Prineville. At east end of Prineville, turn right on Combs Flat Road. After aprox. 1 mile, turn right on Juniper Canyon Road. Proceed 15 miles to park entrance, which is SE Parkland Drive.
