From the South on I-90: take Exit 4 and turn north on Hwy. 53. Travel about 8 miles to the Hwy. 35 Trempealeau Exit (watch for the Perrot State Park exit sign). Travel west on Hwy. 35 for 8 miles to the stop sign in Trempealeau. Turn left and travel two blocks through downtown to the river. Turn right when you reach the river's edge and follow for 1.8 miles to the park headquarters.

At the Post Office continue straight ahead onto Main Street for two blocks to the river. Turn right when you reach the river's edge and follow for 1.8 miles to the park headquarters.
From the North on Hwy 35: drive to Centerville. At the stop sign turn right and follow Why 35 South. At the Post Office continue straight ahead onto Main Street for two blocks to the river. Turn right when you reach the river's edge and follow for 1.8 miles to the park headquarters.
