The 2,628 acre park is a place for fishing, boating, bicycling, and picnicking.Camp 500 feet above the Wisconsin River in the Wisconsin Ridge Campground. One of Wisconsin's oldest parks, Wyalusing State Park has Indian burial mounds, a canoe trail and plentiful bird watching. A boat ramp with access to the Mississippi River is available. Rental canoes and firewood available at the park concession. There is an ADA accessible fishing pier at the boat landing. Motorboats are permitted. No beach at the park, but there is a public beach (Wyalusing Recreation Area) located 2 miles south of the park.

Wyalusing State Park is located just south of the city of Prairie Du Chien at the confluence of the Wisconsin and Mississippi rivers. Take Cty C west, off Hwy 18/35, for two miles and turn south (right) on Cty Hwy X for 3/4 mile and the park entrance will be on your right.
