Food to Bring on Trains
Non-perishable, easy snack-like foods are the best things to bring on a long train ride. Think trail mix, breakfast bars, dry cereal, etc. Avoid lots of sugar, as a 'sugar crash' will make you irritable and draggy by the time you arrive at your destination.
