• Laser Internet Center: There are two locations in Oviedo, the most central being on Calle San Francisco leading into old town off the Plaza la Escandalera. The other is located near the University Humanities campus on Fernando Vela. They charge by 15-minute increments, and the connection has improved. • Rialto: Situated on Calle San Francisco close to Old Town and Parque San Francisco, this Café is one of the oldest in Oviedo. They have some of the best pastries including several typical to Oviedo and Asturias. The atmosphere is great, as the building itself hasn't changed much since it was originally built.

• La Mallorquina: Located just off Calle Uría in the new part of town, this place is a bit newer but is also a great place for quality coffee and pastries. Like most cafes in the area, it tends to fill up with chatty women around 8pm, so hitting it up a bit earlier may be a good idea.
