Whale Watching

If water sports and beach bumming is not your thing, whale watching is one way to spice up a lazy day. The Strait of Gibraltar is known for its superior marine ecology, so Tarifa is the perfect place to embark on a wildlife investigation. There are excursions almost every day year-round that offer tours into the strait to catch glimpses of whales, dolphins and other marine life. Trips range from 20 to 30 euros and usually last 3-5 hours. I've listed here three of the most popular companies that offer excursions directly from the Tarifa Port:

Turmares

Whale Watch España
