Multi-country
Ryan Palmer - I own an eco-adventure tour company specialized in the Ruta Maya (southern Mexico, Guatemala, Belize and northern Honduras). We're happy to provide insight to travelers going to an area of the world we love. Maybe some of them will decide to travel with us but if we can be of and help making your travel experiences the best possible, then great!

Lou Bender - Since 1988 I have been traveling to Central America. I have been there 20 times and to each country at least twice. I have experienced most of each country's highlights and some out of the way places. I know some good $3.00 a night hotels!

Sarah Long - Guatemala, Mexico and Honduras in particular. I lived and worked in these three countries for 18 months (1999-2000).

Chris Farthing - I'm going to be travelling through Costa Rica, Panama, Belize, Honduras, Guatemala & Nicaragua then back to Costa Rica from November '01 until the end of April '02.

Mattias Niinisaari - I spent six months all together in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica, travelling with a backpack, a hammock and very little money. (My diary is a BootsnAll travelogue: Tapir Travels).

Mikael Ekdahl - Started in Guatemala and ended up in Panama two months later. Everything in between I know reasonably well.

Bob Klingenberg - Though I've traveled to most Latin American countries I find myself coming back to and developing the most emotional/spiritual attachments to Guatemala, Costa Rica, Peru and Bolivia. I don't have all the answers but will try and help you with questions. I'm pretty good at researching what I don't know or at least pointing you to an authority. I really just want to share my excitement with these places.

Gabriela Hill - Panama - Costa Rica- Nicaragua - Honduras - Guatemala - south of Mexico - Cuba. I did a bicycle trip from Buenos Aires (my home town) to Cancun in Mexico.

Dominican Republic
Geoffrey - The Dominican Republic occupies the eastern two thirds of the Island of Hispaniola smack in the middle of the sunny Caribbean. It is "Third World" in many ways, but it's a delightful, laid back nation of industrious and friendly people.

El Salvador
Miguel Huezo - I worked with a project involved in ecotourism and cultural promotion all over the country. It's name is Casa de los Mestizos, based in a Colonial Village (Suchitoto) 43kms from the Capital.

Lena Johannessen - I am working to make people conscious about El Salvador as a great tourist destination, and I'm willing to give information about any part of the coutry to people interested in El Salvador.

Guatemala

Honduras

Nicaragua
Joe Davis - I travel to Nicaragua often and spend time in Granada, on Omotepe Island, Laguna de Apoya, Masaya and San Juan del Sur. Nicaragua is a well kept secret and you shuld see it before it gets rediscovered.

Panama
Gabriel Henriquez - I'm Panamanian, and have traveled extensively in and out of Panama, on many type of budgets: from backpacker to deluxe cruises. I have visited most of the areas of our country that may interest travelers and know current prices/fees.

Luigi Calvo - I'll be happy to help you out answering any questions you have about travel in Panama.

Matthew Foley - The focus of my travel in Central America has been exploring the surf and so the bulk of my knowledge is of the coastal regions. I have travelled overland extensively even though my destination did not lie there.

Josef Probst - I live in the Republic of Panama in Central America and would like to offer information to travellers coming to this country.
