Adam Karlin - I can off info for DC and the immediate capital area. I'm refering to the urban, suburban, and rural slurb of Northern Virginia and Maryland that makes up the East Coast's main transition zone. This is the gray area between the aggressive, cosmopolitan, liberal northeast and more rural, insular, genteel south. Add the political madness of the beltway area, a huge immigrant and ethnic influx, and it's a damn interesting part of the country to visit.
Tara Kearney - I've lived in DC for over 3 years and I can tell people where to get the best mocha, find the coolest lounge or how to see the place on a dime (not literally, but damn close).
José Rosado - I have lived in Washington DC for 4 years. I have traveled extensively in DC. If you have questions about DC, you can email me.
Tim Levert - The Maryland side of DC. From the district to Baltimore to Annapolis. I enjoy and can help with outdoors/recreational stuff, historical stuff, and the local music scene.
Gregory R. Witczak - I've lived across the Potomac River from Washington, DC (from the Lincoln Memorial to be exact) for the past four years and have learned the ins and outs, the annual happenings of DC.
Arik De - DC is what I call home right now. I know it inside out - from the touristy things to do, to the inside bars, clubs, and lounges. If you love dancing, or want to be in an intellectually stimulating conversation, or eat the best Indian and Ethopian food outside the respective countries, come to DC and contact me.
Rachel Kaufman - I grew up in the suburbs surrounding Washington, DC, and now I have lived in the city for the past 5 years, so I am very familiar with it, and keep up with the new restaurants, hotels, clubs, etc. I know a lot of people who are on the "scene" as well, so I can use them as resources.

Beverly Smith - I have lived here for only 2 years so I am no native but I have lived or worked in every quadrant and I feel I know the city pretty well. For example, I know where to get anything from great dim-sum to a slamming shoulder sandwich. I know where to find hip-hop or salsa clubs if you are over 21.
Laura - I've lived in DC most of my life, grew up in the 'burbs and now live in Dupont Circle/Adams Morgan. I'd be happy to give advice to anyone coming to the area on apartment hunting and fun places to go.
Amy Scott - I lived in Northwest DC for 5 years (I left in 1997), attended American University, and try to visit at least once a year. Am most familiar with Georgetown, Dupont Circle, and other neighborhoods in NW.
Shelley Henry - I live 10 miles south of Washington, DC. I can help with the Washington, DC metro area.
Jenny Nordstrom - I have lived in Washington, DC since 1990, and am very familiar with DC and its suburbs. I'll do my best to answer travelers' questions, so fire away!
Mercedes Vinciguerra - I have lived in Washington D.C. for the past 2 years. I also write the BootsnAll.com travel guide on D.C. So, if your question is not answered in one of the monthly guides, send me an email!
