Deals on Cameroon one-way & round-trip departures:

A country with two official languages, Cameroon enjoys relative stability compared with some of its neighbors. Thanks to a cache of petroleum, the infrastructure is rapidly developing. Cameroon is a small country, but contains a wide variety of terrains, making it interesting for visitors of all kinds. Top attractions in Cameroon include wildlife tours and safaris, and historic colonial towns. For more information on Cameroon, check out check out the Cameroon Travel Guide.

Cameroon Airlines is the national airline, although other airlines like Air France and Delta Air Lines fly to and from the area. Many visitors choose to fly not into Cameroon’s international airports – located in Douala and Yaounde – but into nearby Nigeria. From there, it is easy to catch a short connecting flight on a local airline or (if you are really trying to save money!) take a local bus into Cameroon. No matter where you choose to fly into, you have two great options for searching for the best deals on airfare to Cameroon.

With the search engine on the left, you can type all your travel information – your travel dates and the departure and arrival airports – into one place and still search all the big airfare websites at once. This one-stop search allows you to get results from places like Travelocity, Expedia, Priceline and Orbitz, as well as some of the lesser known websites, with one click. If you find a fare you like, you can book it right away online. Tickets on these websites will not be the cheapest fares out there, but they will have the fewest restrictions, which is important if you think your travel plans are not really flexible.

For the cheapest fares online, you can use the search engine on the right instead. The tickets you will see listed here are consolidator fares, so they are much less expensive than regular tickets – but they come with restrictions. If you can be flexible in when you travel, and if you think you will not need to make any changes to your itinerary, then you can save a bundle with consolidator fares. To book these tickets, you will either need to call our representatives toll-free, or submit your travel itinerary via email and one of them will contact you.

Whichever search engine you decide to use, here are a few tips to help you find cheap airfare to Cameroon:

  • Fly into Abuja, Nigeria, and catch a connecting flight on one of Africa’s budget carriers.
  • Travel overland via bus or train from an airport in Nigeria.
  • Depart on midweek low-volume travel days.
