The 800 lb. gorilla of the Caribbean is American Airlines, and they are the only major US carrier with regular flights to Grenada. They have frequent service on their American Eagle commuter subsidiary through Puerto Rico, which has non-stop flights from most major US airports, so a single stopover isn't bad for this journey.

Air Canada flies directly from Toronto, and British Airways and Virgin Atlantic fly directly from London, while Condor flies from Frankfurt. There are several small local airlines that fly into Grenada from other islands, but your best bet on discount airfare is usually to go with one of the major airlines mentioned above.

Saving money on your flight to Grenada

As with the rest of the region, the peak season is during the weeks around Christmas and New Years. If you plan to come then, then book as far in advance as possible. It's usually a bit cheaper to fly in December and April than during the peak January through March months, and if you are coming at the last minute you'll usually find Tuesday and Wednesday flights to have lower airfare than the popular weekend flights.
