Frequent service into the country makes finding discount airfare into St. Kitts & Nevis possible, but it’s still not easy. The main entry point is the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport just northeast of Basseterre on the island of Saint Kitts. There are quite a few options for getting there, with many more in high season.
Which airlines have flights to St. Kitts & Nevis?
US Airways and Delta have flights into the islands in season, but American Airlines tends to dominate this route. American flies directly from Miami and other hubs, as well as from their main Caribbean hub in Puerto Rico. From Puerto Rico they use their commuter subsidiary American Eagle for the frequent flights into St. Kitts.
XL Airways flies from London, and Skyservice flies from Toronto in season. Overall, American Airlines usually has the most service and the lowest airfare.
Saving money on your flight to St. Kitts & Nevis
The peak season and highest prices through the entire region are found during the weeks from Christmas to early January. If you want to come then, then booking well in advance is your only hope. If you have flexibility you can usually get lower airfares in early December and in April. And if you are coming on short notice your best bets are usually flights on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, since weekends tend to fill up first.
