Leeward Islands Air Transport (LIAT) has the most flights, and most of those come from Port of Spain in Trinidad and Tobago, but you can always get there on a combination of airlines for the same airfare. Since you’ll have to stop at another Caribbean Island on the way to St. Vincent and the Grenadines, you can arrive on American, Delta, Continental, or any of the other major airlines that serve the region.
