Answers

1. Can I make changes to a ticket I have purchased?
   Rules governing changes to booked and purchased tickets vary as per the Airline and the fare that you are booked on. Most fares require a change fee per change, while some fares do not permit any changes to the ticket, once booked. Your agent will answer all your queries regarding the possibility of any change that you might require to make in your booked ticket in the future. For such assistance, you can call your agent between 7:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m PST Monday-Saturday.

2. Can I cancel or refund my ticket?
   All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. One of the limitations of low priced airfares is rigid rules regarding refunds and cancellations.

3. How is my ticket shipped and can I track it?
   We ship your tickets through Airborne express, DHL or Fedex. If you would like to find out any information about the status of your package, please submit a tracking number request on our shipping page.

4. When will I receive my ticket?
   Most of our tickets will be shipped within three to five business days.There are however, exceptions. In case there are any, you will be notified about them when you buy your tickets.

5. What about visas, passports and things like that?
   Please reconfirm your flights directly with the airlines 72 hours prior to departure. Passengers are responsible for all visa, passport and transit visa documentation. BootsnAll will not be responsible for proper travel permits, visas and inoculations.
