Spring Break in Veracruz

While Veracruz is not a popular Spring Break destination, the town of Catemaco (located 4 hours by car) surely gets its share of visitors. But the atmosphere is different than in the popular Spring Break destinations on the coast. It’s not as loud or as crowded. Do keep in mind that you’ll be traveling during a busy time of the year, so you should book the flight and hotel in advance.
