Airfare to Coca, Ecuador
Coca, officially known as Puerto Francisco de Orellana, is a small town located very near the dense tropical jungle. It was founded by the Capuchines and was a missionary post. It’s not a very attractive city and there aren’t many things to see here, but for those seeking adventure, Coca offers a great base for exploring the surrounding areas. Several jungle lodges and natural reserves are located close by.
Coca is well served by an airport which receives daily domestic flights. The airlines serving Coca include: Icaro Air, TAME and VIP Ecuador. Regardless of the airline you fly on, you’ll be making a stop along the way, in Quito. From the US, there are direct flights into Quito from Miami, Atlanta, Houston and New York.
In order to save some money, make sure to check all the possible flights into Coca, regardless of the connections you make along the way (if you don’t mind spending time in airports). Avoid flying during the peak travel season and during the weekends.
