RTW TRAVELER PROFILE - Walt Foster
Walt Foster has already traveled quite a bit (45 states and 22 countries) and lived overseas for extended periods, but that's not stopping him from taking off for 6-12 months to see some of the places he hasn't been to yet. This time it's southern Africa, Australia and Fiji. Walt says he likes to travel because he always wants to see what's over the next hill.

If you're planning your own RTW trip, you'll find plenty of answers to your travel questions, and can read tips and profiles from other round the world travelers.

BOOTSNALL IN BALI
Battling a dodgy tummy and extremely persistant hiccups, Nick still managed to get heaps of photos around Bali with his new camera. The Kuta Karnival has been going on recently and Nick has also attended another traditional Balinese wedding.
And with the first anniversary of the Bali Bombings coming up soon, no doubt Nick will be able to share what's going on in Kuta.

THE BOOTBLOG
With Sean away for several weeks, the BootBlog has been fairly quiet. Most of the action has been taking place on the South Africa Blog, including wine tastings and swimming with Great White Sharks. Keep an eye on this site over the coming weeks as Sean adds more of his experiences and photos too.

FEATURED MESSAGE BOARD THREAD
Search for Missing Traveler
A young traveler has gone missing and his family are trying desparately to find him. Mike Rhine was last seen in Flores, Guatemala in July and had planned to visit the Mayan Ruins before heading over to Costa Rica. If anyone out there can help, with information or simply printing out the flyer in this thread and posting it around, his family will be most appreciative.

TRAVELERS TALK ABOUT...
When you're deciding things about your trip, be it where you stay or whether or not to buy insurance, it can be hard to make a decision. One of the best sources to turn to for help is other travelers. We've been asking travelers a lot of questions lately, and you can check out what they have to say about their own experiences with...
