Pat Short is spending 5 months in South America before hitting Australia and New Zealand for 3 months. After that, it's a short hop over to Asia for four months in SE Asia, China, and the Indian subcontinent. He's never been so excited or scared or so determined in his life.

Things have calmed down somewhat in Brisbane, Australia with Sean returning to Portland via Bali. Before he left though, we managed to have a great BootsnAll meeting, celebrate Sean's birthday, catch a One Day cricket match, and eat a bloody great steak.

BOOTSNALL IN BALI
Nick's still looking around for a new house and has also gotten the latest information on the new visa rules affected most tourists to Bali as of February 1st. He took some great photos as the Balinese observed their Kuningan holiday and managed to set upa few meetings for Sean during his whirlwind 3 day stop in Bali on the way home to Portland, Oregon.
