Our Mauzac TEFL Program
Our TEFL course in Mauzac is located in a former hotel right on the banks of the Dordogne river in a picturesque village 68 miles from Bordeaux. Instead of being in the center of a big and unfamiliar city, you'll get to experience everyday, rural French life - sample the local wine and food, and relax in the lovely scenery. Plus, with this quiet town as your home base, you can take short trips to see the surrounding countryside and even up to Paris, the City of Lights.

- The quiet atmosphere of Mauzac makes it the perfect place to concentrate on your studies, but the city of Bordeaux is only a short train ride away.
- We organize two weekend day trips (max. eight people per trip) - the first weekend trip is to Beynac, the Sarlat Sunday market and the prehistoric caves; the second weekend trip is to the medieval villages of Beynac, Gourdon and Villefranche-de-Rouergue. The latter trip can become an overnight excursion if everyone wants to visit a fourth village and stay there.
- Week three's classes will end at 4:00pm on Friday, and the weekend is yours to do with as you wish. You can relax in Mauzac, spend time in nearby Bordeaux or even hop on a train and spend a couple of days in Paris.
